LY Studio

Personal Studio for Systems, Focus, and Practical AI

By Rock Yu

1️⃣ Opening

LY Studio is my personal studio.

I created it as a space to explore how complex ideas, mental states, and real-world problems can be turned into usable systems — with clarity, structure, and intention.

This is not a company blog, and not a marketplace.
It’s where my thinking, experiments, and systems live.

2️⃣ Who I Am

My name is Rock Yu.

I work at the intersection of:

  • decision-making
  • focus and mental states
  • systems thinking
  • and AI as a practical tool

I’m not interested in surface-level productivity hacks or abstract theory.
What I care about is this:

How do people actually think, decide, and act —
and how can that process be designed better?

3️⃣ Why LY Studio Exists

LY Studio started from a simple motivation.

I noticed that many people struggle not because they lack information,
but because everything feels unstructured:

  • too many tools
  • too many opinions
  • too many choices
  • no clear order to think or decide

At the same time, I was drawn to meditative digital art
not as decoration, but as a way to guide attention, calm the mind, and create mental space.

Over time, these two paths merged.

What began as meditation-focused visual work evolved into something broader:

Designing systems that help people move
from confusion → clarity
from noise → focus
from ideas → decisions

4️⃣ What I Actually Do

At LY Studio, I do three things:

1. I frame complex problems

I break down vague or overwhelming problems into clear structures and variables.

2. I design decision logic

I focus on how decisions should be made —
what comes first, what matters, and what can be ignored.

3. I build usable systems

I turn that thinking into:

  • tools
  • frameworks
  • visual systems
  • and practical products

AI is part of this process — but never the center.
AI is an amplifier, not a replacement for thinking.

5️⃣ Meditative Art as a System

Meditative digital art is an important part of my work.

I see it as cognitive design, not decoration.

Visual systems can:

  • guide attention
  • support focus
  • create mental transitions
  • and prepare the mind for deeper thinking or decision-making

That’s why meditation-focused visual art lives inside LY Studio —
as one application of a larger system, not a separate direction.

6️⃣ What You’ll Find Here

On this site, you’ll find:

  • systems for thinking and decision-making
  • tools and frameworks built from real use cases
  • meditative visual work designed for focus and clarity
  • essays and notes from ongoing research

Some things are free.
Some systems are available as paid products.

Everything here follows one principle:

If it’s not usable, it’s not finished.

7️⃣ A Quiet Invitation

If you’re interested in:

  • structured thinking
  • clear decisions
  • focus without noise
  • systems that respect how humans actually think

You’re in the right place.
